I was thrilled when I got a free upgrade to a river view room! The room was amazing, very spacious, and comfortable, with a stunning view of the river and bridge. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel was far from the city center, its location next to the Nanjing Eye pedestrian bridge was special. The dining experience was good overall, but there was a mix-up about breakfast inclusion. The facilities were superb, adding to the overall convenience and value of my stay.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a river view room which was amazing, but unfortunately, the room cleanliness was not up to par, and the temperature of 25-26 degrees made it uncomfortable for both work and sleep.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room had a view of the river and bridge, but the temperature was uncomfortable at 25-26 degrees upon arrival around 5 PM. On the bright side, I received a free upgrade to a river view room category.

The dining was good overall, but there was a mix-up with the breakfast inclusion. The facilities were satisfactory, but the temperature in the room was a downside.
